Album Info:Metra Rock Island District LaSalle Street Station leads 20 October 2014 This used to be open area according to aerials on Bing Maps, but obviously urban sprawl has encroached both the sides of the tracks to the point that the new high rises form a canyon of brick, concrete, steel and glass. So, for lack of a better name, I've begun calling this spot "LaSalle Canyon" © 2014 - Philip M. Goldstein

Description:  To be completely honest, this was my first encounter with the MP36PH's, and quite frankly, I like them. When Amtrak replaces the P32AC-DM's on their Empire Service (which will have to happen in the near future, the P32's are getting rather beaten); I hope Motive Power can use this carbody on a dual mode chassis!
