Album Info:Here I was sitting at my computer, minding my own business, when through the porch venetian blind I watched a northbounder roll past. Locomotive, after locomotive rolls by. The setting sun was right at me so all I could see was silhouettes. I saw a couple of conventional cab locomotives in the lash up, so I decided to chase it to Concord, and I am glad I did. Because with the setting sun in my eyes, I did not see the Santa Fe Bluebonnet SD40-2, or the Cascade Green SD40-2 still wearing the BN logo on its nose(!), plus a GP50, a GP39-3 bracketed by a pair of widecabs. I then chased it to Newby to try and double dip a sunset shot, where I found out it was going to take the siding for a sb aggregate. So, I was treated to a triple scoop when it pulled the siding AND did a 6.6 in front of me. Count 'em - 8 locomotives! The railfan gods took pity on my recent lack of interest in railfanning.
