Album Info:Got my "money shot". While LAB46-28 was building up brake pipe pressure, I left the GATX plant switch, and repositioned on the east side of the SH 6 / 190 overpass. This rewarded me a shot of LAB46-28 / UP 1943 pulling into the Hearne Yard from the Giddings Sub, switching over to the Bryan Sub, then doing a reverse move south on the Bryan Sub to drop the cut of tank cars at the South Yard Limits. The sun was in the right spot, the wind gentle and so I walked up the TX 6 / US 190 overpass for a shot of 1943 next to the UP Hearne Yard Office flags. Sure enough, UP 1943 came back north with two tanks that it was using as idler cars and I nailed the shot I wanted. LAB46 pulled into the northern portion of Hearne Yard to drop the two tanks, and then, I saw headlights southbound off the Ennis Sub.
